Every Flourish Creation Labs order is thoughtfully printed to order especially for you. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or has a manufacturing or printing issue, we’ll work with you to make it right in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your applicable consumer rights.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing issue, damaged item or an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We'll carefully review your request and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund based on the circumstances of your order.
Our goal is simple: every customer should receive a product they'll be proud to own and enjoy for years to come.

When We Can Help
We carefully inspect every request individually. If your order has a genuine manufacturing, printing or fulfilment issue, we'll work with you to find the most appropriate solution.
If your order arrives damaged during production or shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs so we can investigate.
If you receive the wrong product, size or design compared with your order confirmation, we'll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
If there's a manufacturing defect or printing issue, please send us photos of the product so we can assess the problem and determine the best resolution.
If your parcel is confirmed as lost after investigation with the shipping carrier, we'll work with our fulfilment partners to arrange an appropriate resolution.
If your tracking shows an unexpected delivery issue, please contact us. We'll gladly help investigate with the shipping carrier wherever possible.

Made to Order
Every Flourish Creation Labs product is thoughtfully printed especially for you after your order is placed. This made-to-order approach helps reduce unnecessary waste while allowing us to create meaningful products inspired by stories and designed to be treasured.
Because every item is created specifically for your order, we aren't able to accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
We encourage you to carefully review your order, product description and size guide before completing your purchase.
As each garment is printed especially for you, we aren't able to offer size exchanges. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
We work hard to represent colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting and the garment dyeing process.
Sale and promotional items are covered by the same made-to-order policy and are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Need to update your order? Contact us as soon as possible. If production hasn't started, we'll do our best to assist.
While we can't accept change-of-mind returns for made-to-order products, we'll always carefully review genuine manufacturing defects, printing issues, damaged items and incorrect orders in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your applicable consumer rights.

Every order is unique. The information below answers some of the most common questions about order changes, shipping addresses, gift purchases and deliveries.
Need to update your delivery address? Contact us as soon as possible. If production hasn't started, we'll do our best to update your order before it enters production.
If your order was purchased as a gift, we're happy to help. We'll simply need the order number or purchaser's details so we can locate the order.
If a parcel is returned because an incorrect shipping address was provided or delivery couldn't be completed, additional shipping charges may apply before we can resend your order.
If your parcel is confirmed as lost after investigation with the shipping carrier, we'll work with our production partners to arrange the most appropriate resolution.
If a parcel is refused and returned to us, we'll review the circumstances once it's received. Any refund or reshipment will depend on the condition of the returned item, applicable shipping costs and our made-to-order production process.
Every request is reviewed individually. Depending on the circumstances, the most appropriate solution may be a replacement, refund or another suitable resolution.
