Returns & Refund Policy

At Flourish Creation Labs, every item is thoughtfully created especially for you after your order is placed. Because our products are made to order rather than mass produced, our Returns & Refunds Policy is different from that of a traditional retail store.

If something isn't quite right with your order, we're here to help and will always aim to provide a fair solution.

Change of Mind Returns

As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Ordering the wrong colour
  • Accidental purchases
  • Personal preference after delivery

Please read product descriptions carefully and review the sizing guide before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item:

  • arrives damaged
  • has a manufacturing defect
  • contains a printing error
  • is incorrect
  • is different from what you ordered

please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • clear photographs of the issue
  • a brief description of the problem

We'll review your request as quickly as possible.

If your claim is approved, you may choose either:

  • a replacement product, or
  • a refund to your original payment method.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us before sending any item back.

If your return is approved, we'll provide:

  • the correct return address (where required)
  • return instructions
  • any additional information needed to process your request

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

If a return is approved because:

  • we sent the wrong item
  • your item arrived damaged
  • your item has a manufacturing or printing defect

we'll cover any required return shipping costs where applicable.

For any other approved return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Size Exchanges

As every item is printed especially for you, we do not offer size exchanges.

Please use the sizing information provided on each product page before ordering.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, where possible.

Once an order has entered production or fulfilment, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

If production has not yet begun, we'll do our best to update your address.

Once production or shipping has started, changes may no longer be possible.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer either:

  • a replacement order, or
  • a refund.

Returned to Sender Orders

If an order is returned because:

  • an incorrect shipping address was provided
  • the parcel was not collected
  • delivery was refused

the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a refund is requested after the parcel has been returned to us, it will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Colour Variation

We work hard to display product colours as accurately as possible.

However, colours may vary slightly due to:

  • individual screen settings
  • monitor or mobile display differences
  • lighting
  • the garment dyeing process
  • printing variations

Minor colour differences are not considered manufacturing defects.

Print-on-Demand Products

Our products are created individually after you place your order.

Because every item is made specifically for you, returns are limited to genuine manufacturing faults, damaged products or incorrect orders unless otherwise required by law.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

Unless required by law, we do not accept returns or refunds on:

  • gift cards
  • clearance items
  • final sale products

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, limits or replaces your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major failure or does not meet the consumer guarantees provided by Australian law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Customers in the European Union

If you're located in the European Union, you may have additional consumer rights under applicable laws.

Please note that certain made-to-order or personalised products may not qualify for the standard 14-day cooling-off period where an exemption applies under applicable legislation.

Refund Processing

Once we've received any returned item (where a return is required) and completed our inspection, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved:

  • your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • processing generally occurs within 10 business days

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.
