Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Flourish Creation Labs.
Every order is thoughtfully created especially for you. Rather than holding large amounts of inventory, our products are printed to order after your purchase is placed. This approach helps reduce unnecessary waste while allowing us to create meaningful apparel, gifts and homewares inspired by stories, imagination and the joy of reading.
Order Processing & Production
All orders are processed after payment has been received.
Because every item is made to order, production begins once your order enters our fulfilment queue.
Most orders are produced within 2–3 business days before being shipped.
During public holidays, promotional events or periods of high demand, production may take a little longer.
Business days refer to Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Estimated Shipping Times
Estimated delivery begins after production has been completed.
Typical delivery estimates are:

Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on:
- your delivery address
- the products ordered
- fulfilment location
- shipping destination
We do not currently offer free shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email.
Where available, this email will include a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to begin updating after dispatch.
Worldwide Shipping
We proudly ship to many countries supported by our fulfilment partners.
Shipping availability depends on the products ordered and your delivery location.
If we cannot ship a particular product to your address, you'll be notified during checkout.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may arrive in more than one package.
This can happen when:
- products are produced at different facilities
- items require separate packaging
- products are fulfilled by different production partners
If your order is split into multiple shipments, tracking information will be provided for each package where available.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by your country's customs authority.
These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping costs unless otherwise stated and are the responsibility of the customer.
If you have questions regarding possible import fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please carefully check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If production has not yet begun, we'll do our best to update your address.
Once production has started or your order has been shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be re-shipped because an incorrect address was provided.
Delivery Delays
Although we work closely with our production and shipping partners, occasional delays may occur.
Delays may result from:
- high order volumes
- public holidays
- customs inspections
- severe weather
- courier disruptions
- global supply chain issues
- other circumstances beyond our control
We appreciate your patience if unexpected delays occur.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your tracking has stopped updating for an extended period or you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us.
We'll work with our fulfilment and shipping partners to investigate the shipment and assist in resolving the issue wherever possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number
- a clear photo of the item
- a photo of the packaging (if applicable)
- a brief description of the issue
We'll review the information and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and your applicable consumer rights.
Responsibility After Dispatch
Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.
If you experience delivery issues, we'll gladly assist you in working with the carrier to investigate your shipment.
