All measurements refer to the garment laid flat—not body measurements. For the most accurate fit, compare the measurements below with your favourite T-shirt rather than measuring yourself.
Please note: measurements may vary by approximately ±1.5 in / 3.8 cm due to manufacturing tolerances.
How to Measure
Compare With a T-Shirt You Already Love
The easiest way to choose your size is to lay your favourite T-shirt flat, measure it, then compare those numbers with the Comfort Colors® 1717 size chart above.
Width
Measure straight across the chest from one underarm seam to the other while the shirt is laid flat.
Length
Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem of the shirt.
Sleeve Length
Measure from the centre back of the neck, over the shoulder and down to the end of the sleeve.
Fit tip: If you are between sizes, choose the smaller size for a neater fit or the larger size for a relaxed, cosy reading-day feel.
