Many of our products are produced using a print-on-demand fulfilment model.

This means products are individually created after your order is placed rather than being mass-produced or held in stock.

Because every item is produced specifically for you, some products may differ slightly from product photographs due to:

garment dyeing processes
printing methods
monitor or device display settings
lighting conditions
manufacturing variations

These minor differences do not affect product quality and are not considered faults.

We continually improve our collections and may update, modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

5. Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, sizing information and pricing are accurate.

However, we cannot guarantee that:

all information will always be completely error-free
colours displayed on your screen exactly match the finished product
every garment will be identical due to normal manufacturing variations.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing guides and other information before placing an order.

6. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted and processed.

Although we take reasonable care when publishing prices, occasional errors may occur.

If we discover an obvious pricing error after your order has been placed, we reserve the right to:

cancel the order;

issue a full refund if payment has already been processed.

10. Print-on-Demand Products

Many Flourish Creation Labs products are made to order.

Production generally begins shortly after your order is placed.

Because products are individually produced for each customer:

production cannot always be stopped once it has commenced;
change-of-mind cancellations may not be possible;
returns are limited in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Our made-to-order approach helps reduce unnecessary waste and supports more sustainable production practices.

11. Promotional Offers and Discount Codes

From time to time we may offer promotional codes, discounts or special offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
only one promotional code may be used per order;
codes cannot be applied retrospectively;
promotional offers may be withdrawn at any time without notice;

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
